It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure that all possible steps are taken to avoid injury to users or damage to the equipment supplied by Bouncing Busy Bee’s.
PLEASE ENSURE YOU READ THE FOLLOWING

A responsible adult must supervise each inflatable, soft play and/or other equipment at all times.

The inflatables must be secured to the ground at all times and do not allow users on the inflatable during inflation of deflation

No Food or Drinks are to be consumed on the inflatable (to avoid choking and mess)

All shoes, badges, jewellery (e.g. large earrings, necklaces, etc) must be to avoid damage to the equipment and injury to other users (No sharp objects are permitted on the equipment at any time)

Ensure that the equipment is not overcrowded and limit the numbers depending on the age and size of the children using it according to the recommendations printed on the equipment. Avoid large and small children from using the equipment at the same time.

No party poppers, henna, face paint, coloured streamers or silly string can be used near or on the equipment, as they can permanently stain, and cleaning charge will apply.

No water or other liquids to be poured or sprayed onto the equipment, if equipment is deliberately soaked you will be charged a 2 days hire rate, to cover the costs in subsequent cancelled bookings and for drying time.

We will not set up in the event of rain or winds exceeding 24mph, we have the right to come and take down any inflatable during a party event if we believe its unsafe.

No smoking, barbecues, glass or animals on or near the equipment. No-one is allowed to use the inflatable if they have consumed any alcohol or drugs. Reckless or boisterous behaviour must not be allowed.

Children must use slides one at a time and must not climb on the side of the slide or bouncy castle walls. Slides should be used in a sitting position, feet first – do not allow jumping from the top of the slide.

Don’t allow persons to somersault or forward /back flip, bounce on step or climb, hang and sit on walls as this may cause injury or damage to the equipment.

No-one with a history of back pain or neck problems should be allowed on the inflatable

In the event of heavy rain please remove persons from the equipment, once rain has stopped please towel down the equipment to make it dry. Please do not switch off the equipment unless directed to.

Ensure that the vent to the side of the blower is kept clear at all times. Should a blower overheat or lose power, immediately remove children from the inflatable and switch off the blower from the mains. Leave for up to 2-3 minutes and then switch back on from the mains. Should this fail then please contact us via the telephone number provided.

Bouncing Busy Bee’s must be advised as soon as possible in the event of any injury requiring professional medical treatment, treatment must be sought within 2 hours of the injury occurring and a detailed record of the incident.
DISCLAIMER
Please note that all person using the equipment do so at their own risk. The person/organisation hiring the equipment will be responsible / liable for any damage or injury occurring from or as a result of misuse or reckless use. Any damage to the equipment supplied or missing items will be billed for accordingly.
These guidelines are for the safety of all people using the equipment, and it is the sole responsibility of the hirer to ensure they are adhered to. Bouncing Busy Bee’s cannot accept any responsibility for any injury caused to anyone using the equipment.
The hirer shall acknowledge receipt of the equipment in a good, clean condition and agree to abide by the terms and conditions listed above and return the equipment in the same condition it was received. (please note if the inflatable is collected in a dirty condition then the person hiring it will incur a cleaning charge of £90.00)
